Awesome food, reasonably price

The food is, or at least was, great. I stopped going here because the service can be abysmal. I used to enjoy getting sandwiches here, but about a third of the time I came in here I had to put up with the following experience: someone behind the counter told me they'd be right with me, and then I would be ignored and not waited on for 15-20 minutes. They weren't waiting on anyone else, they were just doing clean up or prep work. Finally I had to ask myself, why am I supporting a business that doesn't know how to provide basic customer service? After more than 5 years of avoiding the place I gave them one last try this summer. Literally the same thing happened again. I walked out after about 10 minutes and won't come back. I gave them 2 stars because the food is good, but the bad customer service cancels out most of that.

Very clean deli, employees here are normally very nice and I've enjoyed everything I have eaten from here. They use Boar's Head meats here.

Today's lunch experience not good/ the Grape juice drink was sediment filled it expired in 12/19, the chicken parm sub was dried up and had no Parm it was old and crusty days old fried chicken? and microwaved!!! The soup was the saving grace white bean and sausage tasty but overall very disappointed this place used to be good I live nearby and for 2 soups and a grinder over 20 dollars ,going elsewhere from now on ......................................
